Writing has always been an important part of my life. Recently, I've been drawn to poetry. The beauty of poetry is that everyone takes something different from it. The Joke is on Him
every simple gesture
turns out to be ridiculous
not sure how we were ever us
what he does is so extraneous
but it's not only me
everyone else can see
his petty ways
so here's a toast to laughter
because the joke is on him
